Join SUP-Pines for a 2 hour Stand-up Paddle Board Yoga Class. Enjoy the tranquil beauty of Reservoir Park while transforming your body & mind. Class begins with a 15 minute warm-up/intro to paddling, then we transition to water with a 15 minute paddle followed by a 75 minute Vinyasa Flow, ending with a 15 minute paddle back.
Our classes are created for all levels of yoga & paddling experience. We encourage playfulness, getting wet, enjoying your surroundings and most importantly having fun. Paddleboards included or you can opt to bring your own. Click REGISTER to sign-up via Southern Pines Recreation & Parks Department.
